We just wanted to send you a short message at this festive time of year to thank you for your support and business during 2019.

Since we set out at the start of the year, we have been genuinely surprised by how successful our new venture has been.  It has been clear to see that the combination of our new lower fee structure and the continued high service levels we pride ourselves on, have combined perfectly together to deliver immediate success.  As you can imagine, there was a degree of nervousness about setting up again! Would the marketplace have fundamentally changed? Would the new legislation be more cumbersome than we appreciated? We can honestly say that we had no idea that the response we have received would be so positive and we have been delighted by the number of clients, old and new, that have provided such positive feedback and have been pleased with the service received.

We have been overwhelmed by how many landlords we had worked with previously took the opportunity to return their properties and tenants into our care, and we are extremely grateful for their support once again.  In addition to this, we have seen a large number of new customers join us, which has been extremely encouraging and has helped our business develop and go from strength to strength.

As a direct result of the continued growth and success, towards the end of September we welcomed Becki Bulmer to Littlefairs in September.  Becki was a vital member of the team at our previous business and is known to many of our current clients.  Becki hit the ground running and provides excellent client service skills, to both our landlords and tenants alike, and in this short space of time she has settled into the Company seamlessly and we are grateful for her hard work and vital input.

Additionally, we have been supported by some amazing trades people since we started, who have helped ensure that any maintenance that is required has been done to our exacting high standards, on time and at a fair price for our landlords.  It is our mission to ensure that our landlords trust us and that they believe that their property is being looked after by us, as if it was our own.

Speaking of missions, rather than sending you a Christmas card this year, we have bought some new bikes for deprived children through a project called ‘Mission Christmas’, which delivers presents to children around Yorkshire who would otherwise wake up on Christmas morning believing that Santa has ignored them – a truly horrendous thought.

Believe it or not, there are 20,000 children across Yorkshire living in this situation.   As a family-based Company, with a next generation numbering four children (and counting!), we feel so desperately sad about this and we wanted to do something to help during this season of goodwill.

Finally, from all of us at Littlefairs, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!

Cheers!
