Since graduating from university in 2003, Scott has worked for over 20 years within the Residential Lettings and Management sector across our region in North Yorkshire.
With his vast knowledge of the industry and his honest approach to work with both landlords and tenants, building strong relationships and going the extra mile, sets him apart from other agents in our area.

Having managed a very busy lettings client account over the last fifteen years at a leading Letting agency in York, Donna has a wide range of accounting and lettings experience. She has a proven track record for delivering excellent results and efficient accounting.
With excellent organisational skills, plenty of enthusiasm, and a drive to consistently provide first class accounting solutions to the firm’s much-valued clients, Donna really enjoys seeing how her work helps the letting process go smoothly.
Likes – Watching her children, Orla, Tom & Teddy playing hockey, rugby & football.

Becki Bulmer
Becki has worked within Residential Lettings and Property Management since 2012 in various roles. She has a great depth of knowledge of the York Letting market. Having worked with the Littlefair family in a past life, she knows that the key to success in this business is good customer service and excellent communication.

Donna has worked within Resdiential Lettings since 2010 in variety of roles mainly Property Management. She has excellent communication skills and is very well organised.

Having moved to York in 2018 Tom jumped straight into residential lettings and found a passion for helping landlords and tenants within the market. He strives to provide the best customer service, and enjoys getting to know new people whilst on the job.

Hetty Littlefair
Hetty is already showing great potential in the lettings industry. She likes to splash around in the bath, help with the vacuuming and jump on the sofa. Hetty is all set to take over our family business when daddy retires…. in many years to come!
