Our Company’s Complaint and Handling Procedures

As a company we take any complaints regardless of the size extremely important and promise to do our utmost to ensure that you are left satisfied with its conclusion. Whether your complaint is directed at a member of the team or the business itself, here’s how we would like you to address your complaint in order to guarantee you receive our full attention: –

Stage One

We ask that you please contact one of our team on 01904 393989 to discuss your issues so that we can try and resolve them promptly and efficiently. If you prefer, we can arrange to meet up at a mutually convenient time and location to suit. If afterwards your issues remain unresolved, we would ask you to proceed to stage two below.

Stage Two

We will ask you to please put your complaint in writing to Scott Littlefair at the following email address: Scott@LittlefairsPropetyCompany.co.uk. Within your complaint please provide as much information as possible to support your case. This may include photographic evidence, logs of telephone calls and details of events which will help us understand your situation clearer We would also ask you to include within your complaint what you would like to see happen to satisfy you and draw the matter to an amicable conclusion. We will confirm receipt of your email within 2 working days and aim to respond in full within 15 days thereafter. At which point if you are still dissatisfied with the situation and all channels of communications have been exhausted with ourselves and our company, we ask you to please proceed to stage three below.

Stage Three

In the unfortunate event that we have been unable to resolve your issue, Littlefairs Property Company Limited are affiliated to the “Property Redress”. We ask that you please contact them directly to follow their complaints procedures. Their contact details can be found at www.theprs.co.uk. When making a complaint to “PRS” you are allowing us to share information we hold in connection with the case with them to resolve the matter.
