We offer a range of four different services to our Landlord clients, from a tenant find service through to a fully managed service with legal and rent protection. Bronze Service fees and charges:
This service includes a full tenant find service, independent inventory, deposit registration and check out inspection. Ideal for a Landlord wanting to manage the tenancy themselves.
- Set up fee – £300.00 plus VAT (£360.00 inclusive of VAT)*
- Marketing – £75.00 plus VAT (£90.00 inclusive of VAT)
- Board Erection – £15.00 plus VAT (£18.00 inclusive of VAT)
- Accompanied Viewings – £5.00 per viewing plus VAT (£6.00 inclusive of VAT)
- Referencing Fee – £25.00 per adult plus VAT (£30.00 inclusive of VAT)
- Tenancy Documentation – £50.00 plus VAT (£60.00 inclusive of VAT)
- Inventory – From £75.00 plus VAT (£90.00 inclusive of VAT)
- End of Tenancy Check out inspection – From £55.00 plus VAT (£66.00 inclusive of VAT)
- End of Tenancy processing – £45.00 plus VAT (£54.00 inclusive of VAT)
* Charged for Bronze service clients only.
Silver Service fees and charges:
As per our Bronze service but also includes a rental collection service. Ideal for a Landlord wanting to have control of any repairs and maintenance issues that arise during the tenancy but would like the agents to manage the rental collections and finances.
- A monthly charge of 5% (plus VAT) of the monthly rental amount (6% inclusive of VAT)
Gold Service fees and charges:
As per our Bronze and Silver service but also includes repairs and maintenance management along with 24/7 emergency contact cover. Administration fees of 10% (plus VAT) (12% inclusive of VAT) will be applied on any works carried out during the tenancy with the Landlord’s approval, plus a fee of £15.00 plus VAT (£18.00 inclusive of VAT) for routine property visits. Ideal for landlords wanting a fully managed service on properties that are generally low maintenance and looking for a cost-effective way to run their investment.
- A monthly charge of 8% (plus VAT) of the monthly rental amount (9.6% inclusive of VAT)
Platinum Service fees and charges:
As per our Bronze, Silver and Gold services, although we do not charge administration fees on this service either as the full management is inclusive within the platinum service. Ideally for a landlord looking for complete protection of their investment and having total peace of mind their property is in our safe and trusted hands.
- A monthly charge of 11% (plus VAT) of the monthly rental amount (13.2% inclusive of VAT)
